The gin thus obtained is incredibly bright ruby in color and turns rainbow pink when mixed with soda. Its aroma is characterized by fresh pine needles, incredible spices, and a peppery, dense raspberry character. The taste is pleasant and sweet, with a long juniper and spicy character in the finish.
