This gold medal distillate is made using 14 botanical ingredients and is a real craft in terms of production. It is produced in the Arnold Holstein distillery in Hamburg in an extremely complex, low-temperature, four-way distillation process. Ingredients, mainly from around Hamburg, are processed by hand and selected to pay tribute to the region. Apple, cucumber, and citrus fruits stand out among its defining flavors, all accompanied by a refreshing wave of juniper.
