This special London dry gin is made in traditional copper still, forged by a Hungarian and a South African guy in Penzance, in the county of CornwallI. It’s made in small quantities, only 190 liters at a time. Öreg is produced of 14 types of herbs and its taste reflects the change of seasons: elderberry and lavender evoke summer, while pine and orange bring out the flavors of winter. The bearded iris, sea buckthorn, makes this gin even more special. Its extraordinary blue color is the result of the butterfly pea flower.
