Star of Bombay is a super-premium version of the classic Sapphire with a higher ABV value. Juniper, angelica root and coriander are more intensely present in the aroma and the taste. The citrus of the bergamot and the unique scent of the ambrette seeds lend the drink an extra exotic layer. It’s a rich and intense gin.
