Christian Drouin has so far been known worldwide for his marvelous calvados. But since they don’t like to rest on their laurels, they always like to explore newer and newer areas, so they also tried to manufacture gin. Carmina is a twist on their gin offers and this time they headed for red berries, the effect of which is also reflected in the taste of gin. After soaking the fruits, a distillate was made separately from each, the distillates are then blended before bottling. The scent of Carmina is reminiscent of a bouquet of summer flowers – juniper and apple, blueberry, blackcurrant, elderberry, vanilla, lemon and orange.
