The term “terminus “ means border in Latin. Such a striking line also runs between the guest and the bartender in the form of a bar counter… this image floated in the minds of Péter Gózon and his two regular guests, Eszter and Szilárd, when they created their joint gin, Terminus. The gin that crosses this border and connects the bartender with his guests.

In addition to the usual gin plants, black pepper, green cardamom, peppermint, red pepper powder and sage were added to Teminus. Sage, which gives the gin its refreshing taste, is also a very useful herb, it has an anti-inflammatory, stomach and nerve calming effect and is an excellent supplement to juniper. For the distillation, a modified four-disc distillery is used in Burgerland, the special feature of which is that the distillation takes place under reduced pressure, so that the alcohol begins to evaporate at 38 degrees instead of 78. As a result, the herbs are not damaged during distillation, and the process results in a softer, more complex taste. The amazing silkiness of the gin is the result of the Grander Wasser patented water revitalization system.
